By using Pinnect, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Platform role

Pinnect provides a public notice board and does not act as an employer, recruiter, broker, seller, buyer, payment processor, or party to transactions between users.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, use contact details you are authorized to publish, keep your account secure, and close or update pins that are no longer valid.

Offering-only Pins

Every Pin must describe something currently available from the person posting it. Public requirements, wanted posts, job-seeker profiles, and requests to buy or obtain something are not accepted.

Prohibited content

You may not publish scams, misleading claims, unlawful offers, harassment, impersonation, adult or harmful content, intellectual-property violations, unauthorized personal information, or repetitive spam. The same user may not submit the same Pin again within 30 days.

Public contact information

By selecting a contact method and publishing a pin, you consent to the selected information being displayed publicly. Do not publish sensitive information or another person’s details without permission.

Monthly posting limit

Standard accounts may create up to three new pins per calendar month. Editing, closing, deactivating, or deleting a pin does not restore a used monthly slot.

Safety

You are responsible for independently verifying users, businesses, jobs, properties, products, services, and payment requests. Pinnect does not guarantee the identity, accuracy, legality, quality, or outcome of any listing or interaction.

Moderation

We may review reports and remove, restrict, or close content or accounts that violate these terms or create safety, legal, or platform risks.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pinnect is not responsible for losses, disputes, fraud, damages, or interactions arising from user-posted content or off-platform transactions.
