Pinnect is an offering-only public notice board that helps people discover products, services, vacancies, properties, events, and other opportunities and connect directly with the person providing them.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, password hash, login information, and the content and location details included in your pins.

Public information and consent

Pin titles, descriptions, categories, locations, poster names, and the contact methods you select may be visible publicly. Phone, WhatsApp, and email details are displayed only when you choose those contact options and provide consent while publishing or editing a pin.

How information is used

We use information to operate Pinnect, display pins, enable communication, verify accounts, prevent abuse, investigate reports, provide support, and improve platform security.

Reports and safety records

When a pin is reported, we may store the reason, optional contact email, technical anti-abuse information, and review status. Reports may be retained in anonymized form after an account is deleted.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Public pin information is available to visitors based on your selections. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the platform.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the dashboard. Your account and pins will be removed, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Security and your choices

Use only contact information you are comfortable making public. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You may deactivate, close, edit, or delete your pins from your dashboard.
